Green Dog Shit May Be Your True Architectural Turd!
When we talk about the “Architectural Turds of America,” we often forget that there are actual turds that represent former objects and/or physical manifestations of the human being’s creation. Since upon the demolition of old buildings, “the developer (s)” doesn’t actually digest his prey, we are not often aware of these more truer architectural turd-specimens.

Recently, a blacksmythe of the District of Columbia arrived at his home in NW Washington, D.C. When he went to wipe his feet he noticed that his lovely green door mat had gone missing. Since he is of the pleasant fortune to reside in a more “gentrified” urban section, he thought perhaps something other than theft was abound. A few days later, the mystery still looming, he got a really unusual aroma of dog shit and burning plastic, assuming that he needed to conduct a regular clean-up for his helpless pooch. Upon employing his pooper scooper, he noticed his “high-design” architectural door matt in the form of a dog shit. Before removal, he captured these images, which are kindly on loan to the Curator of Shit.
