Among our faithful correspondents, we have those with a particular eye for the cultural, residential priorities of Americans in all areas of our national context. Apparently, just a stones throw from Mormon bliss or, better yet, excessive gambling, this dwelling stands a model of a certain type of taste or lack there of…a certain RANGE of priorities… Of all that has been invested, the only element with a hope for surviving is the 1920s door. While we would like to think that salvage is as much of a part of a certain RANGE of priorities, we understand that the choice to reuse this feature was simply one to allow the purchase of other more imporant things…thus we have our mid-century (1960s) trailer house with a lovely 1920s door.
